A Very Special Group Of World War II Veterans

These are pictures from 1945 of my Dad and his B-29 Bomber crew. They were members of the 330th Bomb Group, 457th Squadron stationed on Guam. They flew 28 missions from Guam to Japan and were on R&R leave in Hawaii when the war ended. They never went back to Guam. My Dad was the Radio Operator. These young men formed a lifelong friendship and still keep in touch to this day.
